Most standard curtain orders are completed within 3—4 weeks from the date of order. Some specialist fabrics or interlined options may take slightly longer — we’ll always give you a clear lead time when you order.
Do your curtains come with a guarantee?
Yes — all our curtains come with a full guarantee on materials and workmanship. If anything isn’t right we’ll put it right, no questions asked.
Can I see samples before I order?
Absolutely. Visit any of our three showrooms or book a free home visit and we’ll bring our full sample collection to you. Seeing fabrics in your own home with your own lighting makes all the difference.
Is measuring and fitting really free?
Yes — completely free on every made-to-measure order. We measure up during your home visit and our fitters install everything once your blinds are ready. No hidden charges.
